Manchester United 02/04 Kids Home

Red Nike Manchester United home shirt from 2002–04, the first home design of the club’s long Nike era.

The 2002–04 home shirt used a clean red body with black side panels and white detailing, with Vodafone across the chest. Nike replaced Umbro in 2002, giving United a noticeably more streamlined visual identity.

The shirt spans the 2002/03 Premier League title and the 2004 FA Cup triumph. It was worn by Ruud van Nistelrooy, David Beckham, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Roy Keane, Rio Ferdinand and, in its second season, a teenage Cristiano Ronaldo.

The first Nike United home shirt — Vodafone, a league title, an FA Cup and the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo.
