Barcelona 96/97 Kids Away

Sky-blue Kappa Barcelona away shirt from 1996/97, covered in subtle geometric detailing and worn during Ronaldo’s extraordinary single season at the club.

The 1996/97 away shirt used a light-blue base with darker blue, red and black accents around the collar and shoulders. Kappa worked tonal logos and Barça lettering into the fabric, while the shirt remained sponsorless.

Bobby Robson’s side featured Ronaldo, Luís Figo, Hristo Stoichkov, Pep Guardiola and Luis Enrique. Ronaldo scored 47 goals in all competitions as Barcelona won the Copa del Rey, Spanish Super Cup and Cup Winners’ Cup, defeating Paris Saint-Germain 1–0 in Rotterdam.

A cult Kappa Barça shirt from Ronaldo’s phenomenal 47-goal season — sponsorless, unmistakably 90s and backed by three trophies.
