Barcelona 89/92 Kids Home

Iconic Meyba red and blue striped home shirt featuring the embroidered Barça crest and distinctive tonal detailing.

This shirt captures Barcelona during the birth of Johan Cruyff’s legendary Dream Team, a period that would transform the club’s history and establish a new footballing identity at Camp Nou.

The design featured the traditional blue and garnet vertical stripes, with subtle tonal stripes woven into the fabric, a classic blue collar and distinctive red-and-blue horizontal detailing on the sleeves. Made by Barcelona-based brand Meyba, the shirt carried no main sponsor, keeping the focus firmly on the famous blaugrana colours.

The 1989–92 period featured a remarkable collection of talent, including Ronald Koeman, Michael Laudrup, Hristo Stoichkov, Pep Guardiola, Txiki Begiristain, José Mari Bakero and Guillermo Amor, with Cruyff moulding the foundations of one of the most influential sides in European football.

The shirt became synonymous with an extraordinary run of success. Barcelona won the Copa del Rey in 1990, followed by back-to-back La Liga titles in 1990–91 and 1991–92, before completing the era with their first European Cup at Wembley in 1992. Koeman’s extra-time free-kick against Sampdoria delivered the trophy and immortalised this generation.

A symbol of Cruyff’s revolution, the birth of Barça’s Dream Team and the players who changed the club forever — pure late-80s and early-90s football glory for any Blaugrana collector.
